Dear Gamers,

We hope you and your loved ones are staying healthy and safe! As COVID-19 continues to impact the world, we wanted to let you know the steps we here at VGF are taking to ensure that the awesome customer experience we're known for is retained, even through this pandemic.

Please see below for frequently asked questions about VGF Gamers and our response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Are you still taking orders?

YES! We are taking orders as usual with no delays in processing or shipping time. We do, however, recommend ordering to addresses that you know you’ll be able to access, such as your home, as opposed to business addresses that may have restricted access.

Is your delivery time delayed at all?

NO! Thanks to the hard work of the men and women of the USPS (our shipping partners), there has been no delay in shipping and delivery times of packages that we send out. All packages for U.S. customers still will be delivered within our 2-5 business day time frame.

Has COVID-19 affected VGF Gamers' supply chain?

Luckily, no. As all of our products are designed and shipped through our headquarters in San Diego, California, we have full control of our production and inventory stock. If you see an item that is out of stock, you can expect it to be back in stock within our next production run (which is every 2-3 weeks).

What steps has VGF Gamers taken to ensure the well-being of its employees and safety of its customers?

We are taking the appropriate steps to make sure our employees and staff are fully taken care of during these times. All non-operations staff, such as marketing and business teams, are working from home. We have also reduced the maximum number of order-fillers at our warehouse to 2 at a time. Each of these employees undergoes a full decontamination process before stepping foot inside the warehouse and touching any packaging materials, let alone the items themselves. They are also wearing N95 masks during their time inside the facility.

On behalf of the entire VGF Gamers staff, we thank you for trusting in our business to supply you with the gaming products you love. We are doing everything in our power to operate as safely as possible and maintaining our operations at the highest standard possible, too.
