All ProFlex controller skin orders ship within 48 hours (not including Saturday or Sunday) via the United States Postal Service first class mail. U.S. customers can expect deliveries within 2-5 business days after shipment. International customers can expect delivery within 10-20 days. Customers who select Priority Mail can expect a 2-3 business day delivery time frame, according to USPS.

GameVinyl console skins: each skin is made to order and it typically takes around 5-7 business days to finish production. This means you're getting the most "brand new" console skin you'll ever buy in your life. The vinyl material we use for each production run is fresh out of the box, and we laminate each skin the day before it ships. After shipment, you can expect a delivery time of 2-5 business days via USPS First Class Mail or 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with a tracking link. You can use that link to track your order and see your package move step-by-step from our facility to your doorstep!

Yes! If you shop over $40 or more, shipping is completely free.

Does tracking show your order has been delivered, but you can't find it? We recommend first checking your mailbox! We ship via USPS, so they usually leave it in your mailbox. If it does not fit in your mailbox, they may leave it in a parcel locker (if available) or at your doorstep. Still can't find it? Please check with your neighbors or local post office, as many times the mail carriers will either misplace packages or leave packages with neighbors if you're not home. They may also leave it with your local post office after multiple attempts of failed delivery.

If it's been a few days and you still haven't been able to find your package, please contact us and we'll be happy to try to track it down for you. Worst case scenario, we'll send you a replacement. If this is your present situation, please email us at support@vgfgamers.com and include your name, order number, and shipping address. We'll get back to you within 24 hours!

Our ProFlex and GameVinyl skins ship from either of our two fulfillment centers: in San Diego, California and Phoenix, Arizona.

We accept returns on items that arrive damaged upon delivery or in case of manufacturing issues / inadequate quality. Please use our contact form and attach images of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a replacement free of charge.

If your item has been lost in the mail, or if you simply never received it, we will send you a replacement, free of charge.

You can only cancel your order if you notify us within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact us via our contact form with all of your order information within 2 hours of purchasing for a full refund.

We do not offer any warranty past our standard return policy, which covers you in case you receive a damaged item or if the item is lost in the mail.

Very easy. In fact, they're even easier to remove than to put on. Just pull the skin off of your controller.

ProFlex silicone controller skins give your controller a better grip and help a ton with sweaty hands. Our cool-to-the-touch surface is soft and helps you play for longer with less hand fatigue. Did we mention they make your controller look awesome?

We carry ProFlex skins for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S controllers. We do not currently carry them for any other controllers.

Absolutely not. Our console skins have the appropriate cutouts so as not to block any heat dissipation vents on the console.
