Important Holiday Shipping Update

Important Holiday Shipping Update

December 22 update: Christmas delivery deadline has passed. Some shipping methods may still arrive on 12/24, but nothing is guaranteed. We are still processing same-day and shipping out next-day.

USPS notice: Due to an unprecedented increase in package volume and the impact of COVID-19, our primary shipping partner (United States Postal Service / USPS) is experiencing unforeseen delays with delivery of some orders. Most orders are still arriving on time. However, some First Class mail packages may take additional days to be delivered.

As of Tuesday, December 22, according to USPS' official website, order-by deadlines are as follows (ALL DEADLINES HAVE PASSED):

  • USPS First Class Mail: Dec. 17
  • USPS Priority Mail: Dec. 18
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: Dec. 22

In the unfortunate case that you do not receive your order before Christmas, we are providing a free print-and-fill gift "voucher" that can be presented to the recipient on Christmas, to help tide them over. We realize this is not optimal, but it's something we wanted to offer in case this occurs. The download link (PDF file) is below, and is also included in every order confirmation email and shipment notification email.

Operations at our fulfillment facility in San Diego, California remains unaffected and we are working tirelessly to process orders the same day for shipment next-day. Therefore, any delivery delays lies solely in the hands of USPS and we can only follow their guidance regarding communicating their delivery deadlines to you.
