Purchased carbon fiber covers for PS5 controllers and the knob covers. Finish started to wear off knob covers after about a month. Contacted customer support and they sent out a replacement pair and and extra pair in case it happened again. Great customer service and will recommend!

These plates look amazing! The red carbon fiber paint job is so shiny and spectacular; there are a few spots that don't feel perfectly smooth, but the paint job is consistent and still looks super glossy and smooth.

The first one I ordered didn’t arrive due to the mailing company but I contacted customer service they responded within less than 24 hours allow me to even change what I ordered and they shipped me out a new one that same day and it arrived within two days.

Love the matte black plates and carbon fiber rubber grip! Also, VGF customer service was fantastic! My package didn’t get delivered and was returned to the sender for some reason and they happily accommodated shipping to a new address. 10/10 would recommend. -Stew

The wrap fits almost perfectly to my controller and feels good. The best part of ordering i had was the customer service, the address was initially wrong and returned to sender, however they responded very quickly and were immediately resending my order to the correct address and it did not take long to arrive. I would 100% order again if I ever need/want more.

These latest skins look great and are bright and beautiful. My only disappointment is that you still dont make the skins to fit the chat pad. Therefore, I had to cut them in order to fit my chatpad. Not exactly easy to perfectly trim them to size. Hopefully, you'll offer chat pad-friendly skins.

This is Rose Dragon revamped. The version I had was the original mold design and while it was great and stylish, the new mold for these skins has made a significant difference in not just the aesthetics but the overall quality and function of the skins as well. I currently have 4 different controllers with skins from VGF and have also hooked my friend up with one as well.
