Keeping your controller light is important. At just 1 oz., you'll hardly feel any difference in the weight of your controller after putting on your ProFlex skin.
All ProFlex covers can be easily brought back to new again by washing with soap and warm water, then gently drying with a towel.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Usually anywhere from 2-5 business days, depending on how far you live from our facility in southern California. We ship everything via USPS and a fully automated tracking system. You'll receive updates every step of the way!
Q: Will my joysticks/thumbsticks be affected with the skin on?
A: Nope! Our redesigned PS4 mold has larger cutouts around the thumbsticks, allowing for full range of motion. This also includes pressing down on the L3/R3 buttons, for example, to sprint in games like Call of Duty.
Q: Does the skin slide around?
A: Absolutely not. Our PS4 ProFlex skins are made to fit tightly around the controller. Plus, the skin's silicone layer causes a friction against the controller's plastic material, making it nearly impossible to slide against each other.
Q: How does the skin protect my controller?
A: ProFlex® adds a durable, long-lasting layer of protection to your controller. Much like a phone case, your ProFlex® skin will help absorb impacts from drops and shield it from everyday elements like sweat, dust and scratches.
Q: Do they break easily?
A: Our skins are incredibly durable, and you can stretch and pull them without having to worry about them breaking or snapping apart. This makes putting them on and taking them off quick and easy!
Q: What happens if it gets dirty?
A: ProFlex skins can be easily washed. Just use warm water and soap. After gently washing, use a clean cloth or paper towel to dry it off. Ensure it is completely dry before putting it back onto your controller.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Not yet, but we're working on it! To make up for this, we're constantly releasing new designs each month, so make sure to keep checking back!
